Think of an idea to make an event, develop it and design a few platforms to advertise it. Fictitious
Result:
Public transport. It is something I use almost everyday, actually, many people do while some of them chat, some others read or even watch films! None of them make and excessive noise to annoy the rest of the people in there... none BUT the one guy who listens music with the speaker of the mobiles, so everybody can listen his loud, annoying and tasteless music.
I tried to put an end to that situation by making the event "Posa't els cascs!" -Translation: "Wear the headphones!".
