90-second anniversary film created for The Masters, condensing 90 years of tournament history into a single chronological sequence built entirely from archival still photography.
Client: BarkleyOKRP / The Masters / Sarofsky
Scope: Design, Composition, Motion
Focus: Narrative Continuity, Editorial Rhythm, Archival Integration
To mark the tournament’s 90th anniversary, BarkleyOKRP commissioned Sarofsky to create a piece capable of carrying the weight of the Masters’ history, ritual, and visual identity without relying on traditional highlight footage.
Built entirely from archival imagery, the sequence moves chronologically through founders, players, artifacts, moments, and the evolving atmosphere of Augusta National, guided by voiceover and an original score, with editorial led by Matthew Wood at Whitehouse Post.
